Hello Bartenders! Thank you for inviting me to this blog. This is an excellent way to communicate- I love it. I am very impressed after reading though your prior posts. Nice job everyone!

Some changes to expect this weekend:

• When Sputnik Blows, please put on the 512 Cascabel Cream stout as the new TX bad ass tap. Remember to update the chalkboards. The chalk markers live upstairs in the mgr office. A button should be in place by tomorrow. Pints/pitchers!
• Ben E Keith is out of Left Hand Milk stout. Rather than have an empty tap, I ordered us a keg of Old Rasputin (NITRO) so put that on when LH blows. The button should be ready by tomorrow. Goblet only my friends.
• We have began trying out using the 6 packs in the coolers. My hope is that this method will make stocking bottled beers more efficient and make it easier for me to count inventory twice a month. I appreciate any feedback on this, and thanks for giving it a try.
• We laminated the checklists in the binder yesterday to save paper. We have dry erase markers in the MGR office if you find yourself without one.

Some changes to expect next week:

• New Menu Rollout is sneaking up on us. I will have cheat sheets for servers/bartenders that outline all the changes by Monday. We should be rolling out on WEDS, but there is never a guarantee on this. All buttons will be ready to go, but we will have to look closely at Vista to make sure they were installed correctly. Please use your down time next week to make sure things are ringing up correctly. Thanks for your help on this.
• Friday the 3rd of FEB we will have a Meet the Brewer event with Rahr & Sons Brewing out of Fort Worth. I am trying to get us one of their Fancy beers, but Brown Dist is giving me some trouble. I will keep yall in the loop.

Should be an awesome weekend! I think Man on a Ledge will do well for us.
