Hey everybody. If you read my post yesterday you know of the half full cases in the walk-in. This policy also applies to wines. I wanted to clarify that if you stock wines and only need half a case you need to break that down too and stock single bottles on the shelf in the dry storage. No more half empty cases of beer and wine please.
