Close 12/28

Hey guys

If you open tomorrow and are wondering why there is no beer in the coolers it is because of inventory. Everything is stocked pretty light right now.

Tonight we had a pretty gnarly shake rush like a freaky lot of shakes and some late ticket times for shakes. As we all know the night time is the right time for the mission impossible stoners and rocky goers to drink their butterfat. If you get stuck on shakes and start falling behind don't be afraid to holla at your other bartenders and maybe have them garnish/sell the mixed shakes.

Some other important stuff, the current grizzle in the cooler is redated for the 31. If there is any out of date product in the walk-in please re-date if you have a minute tomorrow, it slipped my mind today.
Also I would like to remind the new bartenders to pick up a wine key and if you want a speed key for optimal bottle opening capacity.

What do y'all think of bringing sharpies to work? I think if we all had a sharpie we could date wines and syrups more effectively.

Petit Prince blew today (finally) and we put on what was left of the noble king keg. Under the noble king is a keg of Jester's "Trash Metal" so if the Noble king blows be sure to clean the taps before tapping it.

I guess that's it. Thanks for all the hard work, everybody is doing great.

  1. Question: what the heck is up with the hot chocolate/not having powdered milk available? I'm sorry, but a malted hot chocolate is pretty gross and contains gluten (not that I care about the allergy du jour)..just sayin'..love y'all! xoxo
