Hello everybody,
Today was another busy day, heads up to the closers tomorrow, if the weekday shows were any indication about how tomorrow's gonna go, the 10 round is gonna be rough. We did just over 160 for the 10's.
As for bar operations...
NEW BEER high five Jester King Thrash Metal, a golden strong ale 9% so that son of a gun gets a goblet.
As far as the French Presses go we had a little speed bump, there were hardly any clean for the 7's so I think after the rushes the bartenders could check and see if any need to be washed. Remember we are now responsible for cleaning those. I have been rinsing them out in the dish pit then taking them to the mop closet where I spray them down with sani and then give them a final rinse, drying them with a rag and letting them dry on our shelves.
And finally please remember to pull the cases if you open one even if you pull out just 1 sixer. I found a few cases in the walk-in when I came in today.
On a side note, we should name our new walk-in...I was thinking Christopher, as in Christopher Walk-in.
If you have any comments, ideas, complaints or question please post on my post or bring your ideas to work.
Thanks everybody
A lot of servers were complaining last night that they were unaware of what was 86ed. I suggested that we have cards on both lefty and pancho listing the 86 items, but Spencer said that they tried this before, but the whole thing got out of control. Does anyone have an idea as to how to efficiently let servers know things while avoiding poor customer perception?
ReplyDeleteAlso, while I'm thinking of it, I had a walk-up customer request a Redbridge during a rush. There were none stocked, so I had to run to the walk-in, ahem Christopher, and pull one. Could we keep a bottle next to the Red Bulls or something?
