Ice in the Liquor Wells

While necessary, a butt pain. There's no solution yet, but here are the problems: water makes the labels soggy - if we're concerned with presentation, this is a problem when we're selling bottles, because it looks shitty. Also, putting bottles back in is a challenge when we have to dig through the ice. Another thing: perhaps we can point the bottle necks of unopened bottles in a different direction from those of opened wine bottles. I don't know.
