Let's repeat things that have been said but apparently not read.

Smell containers before we put shit in them. We are now 86 gummies because the onion bears cannot be sold and there are no non-onion bears to portion.

Shake wand has been fixed; we can put the temp upstairs for now. Speaking of which, you can still make the wand spin even without pushing the tin up by fiddling with the switch on top of the machine. I'll show you next time Bertha gets temperamental and we have to break out the temp again.

A couple things I noticed when I opened on Saturday and Sunday:

Yesterday I saw a box of Vanilla Porter minus one six-pack. We've discussed this. Ice wells weren't filled either.

You don't need to refrigerate the honey. That just makes it hard. It's not that big a deal because it softens to proper consistency by the time drinks are going out, but it's just unnecessary.

And don't get carried away with the plastic wrap when wrapping up beer taps and syrups. They don't require cocooning.
